When to visit
Monday–Friday: 2–8 p.m. Saturday–Sunday: 9 a.m.–4 p.m. Watch drop-offs take 30 minutes; full service / consultation visits take one hour. On weekdays, the latest appointment starts are 6:30 p.m. for drop-offs and 6 p.m. for full service / consultations. The workshop remains open until 8 p.m. for calls and watch work. Each appointment ends within the listed hours. The Vail drop-off address is shared privately after confirmation.
A drop-off or consultation does not promise a while-you-wait repair. We discuss the watch and any proposed work separately.
